Hey y’all! I’m Nicole, originally from Ohio, but I’ve lived in the CSRA for over 4 years now. I crochet plushies and decor that I hope will bring you joy!
DESCRIBE YOUR PROCESS.
Every stitch of the process is with my hands! I use acrylic or plush yarn and a crochet hook, follow a pattern or freehand a piece, to create all different types of animals, seasonal items, and decor.
WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
People! I love hearing about different animals or items that people love and being able to bring those to life.
FUN FACT ABOUT YOU.
I played the flute all throughout school and it was once my dream to become a professional flutist.

WHY DO YOU LOVE TO DESIGN, CREATE + MAKE?
There’s nothing like creating something with your own two hands. To see a design or idea come to life with some yarn and a hook brings me so much joy, and it’s joy I hope to share and bring to others. Also, I find crocheting really soothing and a great stress reliever.
WHAT IS ONE PIECE OF ADVICE YOU WOULD SHARE WITH OTHER ARTISTS + MAKERS?
Comparison is truly a thief of joy. Everyone is on a different chapter in their maker journey. Be confident in making art that is uniquely yours and that you love to create.
