Meet The Artist
WHO ARE YOU, WHERE ARE YOU FROM, & WHAT DO YOU DO?
I’m Jennifer, originally from Watkinsville, GA but have lived in the Augusta area for the past 24 years. I’m a ceramic artist with a background in illustration.
DESCRIBE YOUR PROCESS.
It varies depending on what I’m working on, but I typically start at the wheel to crate the perfect form for the character I have in mind. I then add to or alter the form to begin to bring out important characteristics. After bisque firing I add detail with underglaze and then hand-paint glazes before the final firing.

My pets, nature, Sanrio characters and my favorite cartoons.

I’m passionate about French Bulldog rescue and rehabilitation.
