Meet The MAKER

WHO ARE YOU, WHERE ARE YOU FROM, & WHAT DO YOU DO?
I’m a maker with concrete hands and a whimsical heart. I handcraft pots, coasters, and jewelry from concrete—infusing each piece with textures and inspirations drawn from nature, daydreams, and the beautifully unexpected. Originally from Martinez, GA I find magic in mixing rugged materials with delicate details, creating pieces that feel grounded yet full of wonder. My work is a little earthy, a little dreamy, and always made with love.

DESCRIBE YOUR PROCESS.
My process begins with intention and a little bit of magic. I start by mixing raw concrete—an unassuming, industrial material—with pigments, botanicals, or bits of shimmer that speak to the piece I want to create. Whether I’m casting a small pot, a statement earring, or a minimalist coaster, I pour with purpose and an eye for texture and balance.

Once poured, each piece is left to cure slowly—this part reminds me to be patient, to trust the transformation. After curing, I sand and polish by hand, revealing subtle patterns, marbling, or air pockets that make each creation perfectly imperfect.

No two pieces are ever the same. That’s the beauty of handmade. Every item holds the imprint of my hands, the rhythm of my day, and a little piece of nature’s whimsy.

WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
I’m endlessly inspired by nature’s quiet beauty—mossy rocks, riverbeds, wildflowers growing through cracks in the sidewalk. There’s something magical about the contrast between strength and softness, and I love translating that into my work with concrete.

FUN FACT ABOUT YOU.
When I’m not casting concrete, I’m chasing adrenaline and collecting unforgettable moments. I once went bungee jumping over the Nile River and have gone skydiving.

FAVORITE THING ABOUT DOWNTOWN AUGUSTA.
What I love most about Downtown Augusta is how it’s constantly evolving. Even though I live in Atlanta now, every time I come back, there’s something new to discover—a fresh mural, a new café, or a creative pop-up that makes the city feel alive. It’s this perfect mix of familiar roots and fresh energy, and I love seeing how the community continues to grow while still holding onto its charm.

WHY DO YOU LOVE TO DESIGN, CREATE + MAKE?
Creating is my way of connecting—with the world, with others, and with myself.

WHAT IS ONE PIECE OF ADVICE YOU WOULD SHARE WITH OTHER ARTISTS + MAKERS?
Do what you love, and let that love guide your hands. Don’t worry about trends or perfection—create what lights you up. Your passion and authenticity will always shine through in your work, and that’s what people connect with most. Stay curious, stay inspired, and trust that your creative voice is more than enough.
