My name is Mikaela Fuchs, I live in North Augusta and I screen print my illustrations.
DESCRIBE YOUR PROCESS.
I paint or draw on translucent paper and use those to “burn” to an image onto a screen that is coated with emulsion. This creates a stencil. Each color is a separate layer. I scrape ink across the screen onto paper in layers to create my final artwork.
